Although coconut oil has been called a "cure-all" for beauty, that's not a true statement. Sure , in an ideal world, the sweet-smelling oil would make skin conditions such as eczema and acne magically disappear. It could even make hair grow thicker and longer, and maybe it could even pay Check Our Top Pick taxes for us. But it simply can't do all of those things.
