SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The SWOT analysis is a tool used by management in businesses and organisations in (1) decision-making projects, (2) evaluating a proposition, (3) reviewing a strategy or (4) as one of the analyses in a marketing plan. You can use the SWOT framework to prepare for your own success. It will help you to know your strengths and weaknesses. This allows you to use your strengths and to make sure that your weaknesses do not get in your way when working at success.
