Happiness is a mental and/or emotional state of well-being. It is accompanied by positive emotions, for example contentment or intense joy. A variety of scientific and religious approaches strive to define happiness and to find ways to reach it. Currently, research on happiness is used intensively in game design.
Similar to the Course on Success at the Canvas platform, it is planned to offer a course on Happiness later.

With respect to the Success Course Flow is more relevant to success than happiness. Although flow has definitely elements of happiness in it, flow is more extensive. Flow happens when you are (very) active/productive, whereas happiness can also occur in a state of quiet, inactive contentment. Flow is a state of being where one experiences enjoyment. Flow rather than happiness leads to excellence in life.
